Shipping policy

We at Ola! Otter (Mother Child Tech Hub Private Limited) values our customer’s time & money, and hence we strive to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline.

An order once placed and confirmed on the website shall be dispatched within 48 hours and average delivery time 3-5 working days. We partner with ShipRocket for the delivery of all our orders. Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive order tracking details on your registered email ID or registered phone number.

All orders within India shall be eligible for free shipping. For all international orders, shipping rates will be calculated based on the rate calculator. Please note that currently, we are not accepting international orders.
