EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION, AND RETURN POLICY

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  • All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
  • We go to great lengths to ensure that our product listings are as accurate and descriptive as possible so our customers can make informed choices. Before the dispatch of an order, we undertake multiple quality checks to make certain that your order reaches you just as expected. 
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.
  • If an item in your order is damaged or wrong, you can raise an exchange request with us via mail at hello@olaotter.com within 24-48 hours of the delivery of your order. You can also raise the request from our website, here: https://olaotter.com/pages/returns
  • Our team will get in touch, evaluate, and facilitate product pickup. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, and unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
  • Once a product is received for exchange at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. Upon approval, we usually dispatch a fresh replacement product within 7-10 working days.
  • Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Currently, Ola! Otter shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official website olaotter.com
  • There may be a scenario when an item requested and approved for exchange is not available in our inventory. In such instances, our customer support team shall duly inform you of the same and shall issue a credit voucher of the exact same value as that of the item(s) that we are unable to replace for you.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Terms of order cancellation by the customer

We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. In the case of prepaid orders, we can offer you a refund for the same amount or a credit note for the same amount.

  • To request cancellation, please email us at hello@olaotter.com or call us on our customer support number at +91-9920093454.
  • We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of product, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are canceled by Ola! Otter, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
  • The validity of a credit voucher issued in the case of an order cancellation shall remain valid for up to 30 days. 


REFUND POLICY

Ola! Otter does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered at present.

However, an exchange can be offered upon the receipt of a defective item. You may refer to our exchange policy mentioned above on this page.
